Secondary School Excursions

YEARS 7-10

Give your secondary school students an unforgettable, hands-on learning experience with our immersive paddock to plate excursion. They’ll gain a unique, behind-the-scenes look into our thriving commercial apple orchard, exploring how apples are grown, harvested, and transported from the farm to the supermarket.

This program sparks curiosity and provides valuable, curriculum-linked knowledge, tailored to engage students at higher year levels, ensuring the excursion aligns with students' current studies. With pre- and post-excursion teaching resources and a comprehensive workbook, students will deepen their understanding of food production and agriculture while connecting curriculum specific theory to real-world practices.

Best of all, organizing the excursion is stress-free! We provide all necessary working with children checks, risk assessments, and resources, ensuring a seamless planning process. This is an exciting and educational experience that’s ready to go!

We offer specific school tours to Food & Hospitality, Business and Innovation, and Agricultural Production for Stage 1 & Stage 2 students.
