PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions of Entry @Lenswood
Persons enter the @Lenswood Property, located at 122 Harris Road, Lenswood, South Australia (‘Property”) at their own risk.
2 TAKE CARE
(a) As you proceed around the Property, take care to observe and follow all signage and any instructions that you may be given.
(b) Take special care at all times to protect yourself and others against any loss or injury.
(c) Conditions of Entry to the Property are available online and are displayed at information points around the Property.
3 GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all persons, @Lenswood advise that:
(a) person gaining unauthorised access to the Property and/or any of the Property’s specific areas may be liable for prosecution.
(b) @Lenswood is not liable nor does it accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whilst at the Property.
(c) persons entering the Property agree to indemnify @Lenswood against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damages arising from or in relation to the entry either by person, vehicle or otherwise. (d) @Lenswood reserves the right to inspect and/or search bags brought into or out of the Property and search all persons, their clothing and other items of such persons.
(e) persons causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with requests from @Lenswood, including displaying racial, religious or politically discriminatory material, language or gestures deemed indecent or offensive, will be asked to immediately leave the Property.
(f) @Lenswood may refuse admission to or remove persons from the Property at its sole discretion.
(g) @Lenswood accepts patrons accompanied by accredited assistance animals.
(h) Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the Property including the carpark.
(i) @Lenswood will be closed on Catastrophic fire days declared by the CFS.
(j) Additional entry conditions and requirements may apply to ticketed events and various areas of the Property.
(k) Parking is restricted to areas as designated by @Lenswood from time to time and vehicles must not block emergency vehicle access roads and are to give way to emergency vehicles.
(l) All hazards, incidents or emergencies are to be immediately reported to @Lenswood staff at the Property or by telephone on 0436 389 578.
(m) Persons must obey all signs, notices and directions given by @Lenswood whilst at the Property.
(n) @Lenswood takes great effort and care to ensure that all patrons to the Property have a safe and enjoyable time. There can be vehicles, crowds, temporary structures and from time to time, building activity, in all kinds of environment and weather conditions.
(o) As you proceed around the Property, take care to observe and follow all signage and any instructions that you may be given.
(p) Take special care at all times to protect yourself and others against any loss or injury.
(q) Conditions of Entry to the Property are available online and are displayed at information points around the Property.
(r) On entry patrons agree to purchase the fruit that they pick and if found to be 'dumping' picked fruit will be required to pay $100.
(s) On entering the property patrons agree to pay the entrance fee.
WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 USE OF MATERIAL ON THE WEBSITE
(a) Except for the limited use set out in para
(b) you may not use the Website, or the material contained on it, for any purpose. This involves:
(i) the reproduction of the material in any material form;
(ii) the distribution of the material in any material form;
(iii) re-transmission of the material by any medium of communication;
(iv) uploading and/or reposting the material to any other site on the internet;
(b) Notwithstanding the above restrictions on use of the material on the Website, you may download, store, print or display material from the Website for your personal noncommercial use provided you do not remove any copyright and trade mark notices contained on the material.

(iii) re-transmitted in any media, without the prior written consent of the Owner.
(a) You must not misuse this Website. You will not:
(i) commit or encourage a criminal offense;
(ii) transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene;
(iii) hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; (iv) infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights;
(vi) attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense and Website Owner will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
(b) We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any linked websites.

(iii) has no control over the linked sites; and
(iv) accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Clause 4 and/or clause 5 may not apply to you in jurisdictions in which limitations on or exclusions of warranties or liabilities are not permitted by law. To the full extent permitted by law the Website Owner's liability for the breach of an implied warranty or condition relating to goods is limited, at the choice of the Website Owner, to one or more of the following:
